Note to self

- If she offers to pay, always insit on it because she's spent money coming through to see you.

- If she's quite then leave her, she needs space if shes being short.

- It won't seem like you understand if you get frustrated with her, try to be calmer and don't get so fucking over emotional.

- Post fight, she doesn't deal with it the same way as you do. It's more of a fresh page where as you need some sort of end point.

- somtimes it seems like it's a better idea to phone but it's not, all it does is stress both of you out more and more issues come from the woodwork. It's especially not what kate needs if she's having a bad week/day

- Be a bit gentler with her but not always by showing love, it is a bit intense.

- She's not a mind reader.

- You get to spend as much time as you want with friends, don't be that girl and especially make sure she doesn't feel bad for seeing friends.

- Let go of things that aren't important anymore.

- Ask her if she's fine, but don't do the really really follow up. She's not like the girls you usually speak to. Take her word and leave it.
